The resident will pay $1800 in rent (which includes water, sewer, garbage, and HOA fees). The resident will be expected to participate in the work to maintain the community, e.g. once-a-month work parties. The resident will pay for their own gas, electricity.

COMMUNITY
Cohousing is an intentional community of private homes clustered around shared space. Our intention is to get to know our neighbors, share resources, and enjoy social occasions. We love celebrating birthdays and holidays, watch movies together, and share meals. Cascadia Commons Cohousing is a multi-generational community with an emphasis on environmental stewardship.
Group tours are given regularly on the third Saturday of each month at 11:30am. Individual tours are given by request. We encourage prospective residents to plan several visits to get to know us before purchasing.
