Our  3400 square foot Common House is the hub of all activities at Cascadia. We have a large living room with a gas fireplace which is a comfortable place to socialize. Next to this is a large dining room which can seat 60 where we have meals events and monthly meetings. We have a commercial grade kitchen for cooking food for common meals, parties, and social occasions. There is a small kids playroom attached to the dining room where the young ones often hang out. Behind the dining room is the recreation/media room where we watch movies and occasionally have pillow fights. There are also 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, and mudroom/mailroom on the first floor. Upstairs we have a wonderful Aerie where we have regular yoga classes and meditation, 2 guest rooms, an office, bathroom and library with gas fireplace. On the backside of the common house we have a patio facing the wetlands with a gas grill. the other side of common house has a garden and hosts our honey bee friends.
